Celscan is produced by ACTT

The Celscan software scores the CELSA forms 1 & 2, converts raw score to scaled
score (required by DOE for ATB), generates ATB student letter and stores record for
uploading and annual reporting to publisher (DOE req.). Student answer sheets and
scannable answer sheets which must be and can only be used with the Celscan software
are available (64$ for pack of 250). You can also send the results via built-in email
program that will let you build an address list and populate email-reports automatically.

The Celscan software is affordable at $600.00 a year.
ACTT provides online and phone support including a built-in help program.
ACTT is also the publisher of the CELSA tests.

In addition, you must have a site license with ACTT to use the CELSA tests.

Celscan works on Window's computers with Scantron and NCS scanners.

Celscan has a mail-in service for easy processing done by ACTT.
Celscan's mail-in service is an additional $5 per student per test.
We will scan the forms you mail-in, email the ATB results back to your school -
and mail the counseling report or test results back to the student from a self addressed envelope.
The student or testing center must supply us with the scan forms and addressed envelopes.
(This is also required of schools that do not qualify as certified testing centers.)
